Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by The Presidential Limo ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By booking a service or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Presidential Limo provides professional luxury ground transportation services in South Florida and, through partner networks, in select international markets. Our services include airport transfers, corporate travel, event transportation, hourly charters, and related chauffeur services.
All services are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or superior class when necessary to fulfill a reservation.
Reservations may be made through our website, by phone, or via our concierge team. A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation from The Presidential Limo. We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, destinations, dates, times, and passenger counts. The Presidential Limo is not liable for delays or service issues resulting from inaccurate booking information.
All prices are quoted in US Dollars. Applicable taxes, gratuities, tolls, parking fees, and other surcharges may be added to the base rate and will be disclosed at the time of booking where possible. Rates are subject to change without notice except for confirmed reservations.
Payment is due in accordance with the payment terms provided at booking. We accept major credit cards and approved corporate billing arrangements.
Cancellation terms vary by service type:
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the booked service. We reserve the right to charge the payment method on file for applicable fees.

The Presidential Limo reserves the right to terminate a service without refund if client conduct poses a safety risk or violates these Terms.
The Presidential Limo maintains comprehensive commercial liability insurance for all vehicles and operations. In the event of a service failure attributable to us, our liability is limited to the cost of the affected service.
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, acts of God, flight schedule changes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are not responsible for items left in our vehicles, though every effort will be made to recover and return lost property.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design elements — is the property of The Presidential Limo or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
